1. The service
ListingLeaks ("the Service"), operated by Freelander Partners LLC ("we", "us"), generates ecommerce listing copy and product images using artificial intelligence. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. AI-generated content — your responsibility to review
Output is generated by AI from the information you provide. While we build the Service to follow marketplace guidelines, you are solely responsible for reviewing all generated copy and images for accuracy — including label fidelity, measurements, and claims — before publishing them anywhere. We do not guarantee that generated content complies with the policies of Amazon, Shopify, or any marketplace, and we do not guarantee sales, search ranking, click-through rate, conversion rate, profit, or Amazon approval of any listing. Compliance flags, scores, and suppression-risk checks are informational only and do not replace legal, regulatory, or Amazon policy review. You must hold the rights to all product information and photos you submit.
3. Ownership
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you all rights we hold in the outputs generated for you. We may use anonymized usage data to improve the Service.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Monthly listing allowances reset each calendar month and unused allowance does not roll over. Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment: request a full refund within 14 days of first purchase, no questions asked. After that window, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use: usage consistent with a single business operating in good faith; we may throttle or contact you about extreme usage.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: resell or share account access beyond your plan; reverse-engineer the Service; use it to create deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content; submit content you lack rights to; or attempt to circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or marketplace account actions. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; ListingLeaks is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, United States.
