1. What we collect
Account data: email and authentication details (managed by Clerk). Product data: the product details, URLs, and photos you submit, and the listings/images generated from them. Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers. Usage data: generation counts, feature usage, and technical logs. Cookies: a signed cookie tracks free-tier usage; a first-party cookie stores campaign parameters (UTM values and ad-click identifiers — no personal information); when advertising measurement is enabled, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure site interactions and conversions (identifiers such as email are hashed before any server-side transmission).
2. How we use it
To provide the Service (generating your listings and images), process payments, enforce plan limits, improve the product, and — where analytics are enabled — measure advertising performance. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
Your data is processed by the vendors that power the Service: Anthropic (copy generation), Google (image generation), OpenAI (image generation, when enabled), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Rainforest API (Amazon listing lookup), Neon (database hosting — stores your product data, generated work, and privately stored images), Vercel (hosting and file storage), and Meta (advertising analytics, when enabled). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
4. Retention
Saved listings are retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion request. Logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@listingleaks.ai. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
